As an MSP, it is our fundamental goal to avoid onsite visits wherever possible, as this drives up the cost of providing support, and slows down the provision.  Our pivot software allows us immediate access to your workstations when you need it most.  When you need support, contact us and we will remote in to assit you.  On your end no additional action is necessary.  No websites to visit, no software to install.

24x7 System Health Checks

Each workstation on a pivot plan is monitored 24×7.  Critical services are performed every 5-minutes on servers & 15-minutes on workstations.  Any issues are flagged in our dashboard for staff to resolve, 99% of the time without any user intervention required.

Cloud Data Backup & Recovery
